Install Help in the Bay Area going from Icon to Fox
Howdy gang! So UPS just brought me some goodies! Full FOX 2.5 system with DSC all the way around.
I'm pulling my Icon 2.5 system out to give the FOX system a try and would love some help doing the install. I recently relocated back to the Bay Area from Colorado for work and every single last tool I own is still in storage in Colorado.
If anyone is game to help me out, I'm happy to pay. I'm not swapping the control arms or the rear coils, just changing the shocks and struts at all 4 corners.
Alternatively if someone can recommend any trustworthy shops in the greater Bay Area (North, South, East) that would be appreciated as well.
I'll do a full comparison of the Icon and FOX system once I have some mileage on them. And yes, the Icon system (<10k miles mostly on road) will be for sale!
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions
Sean

I can help with the uninstall/install. Located in Vallejo.
Though I'm leaving the country for week. I will be available 3/17/19.
Sample of my work; Nestah Edition on Instagram: “Suspension install today on my friend's 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5. We used the Bilstein 6112/5160 from the TRD PRO EDITION. The front springs…”

May seem like an odd request, perhaps I can come by help/watch as I never installed a lift before.

I’ll help. I have DSCs too. We can be DSC buddies. You just need to watch my infant and change diapers. TriValley Area.

I don't mean to take over this thread with another question but since we are on the subject of the Bay Area, who can do the body mount chop and weld in a plate?
I know some people just do the chop without welding in a plate but I rather no do it that way.

Check out Milo, he just did mine, $300, beautiful welds. He just opened up a shop in Milpitas.
