Busted KDSS hose
I was in a hurry to cut off the tab near the KDSS system when I accidentally damage the hose. Well, it busted today while driving. Is there a non-toyota/Lexus place that would fill and bleed the KDSS system after getting the hose replaced? This is on a GX460 which is similar to the KDSS system on the 5th gen, btw. Anyone have this hose laying around. I figure some of you have removed the KDSS system.

I feel sorry for you. Looks like standard hydraulic line. Have you called the dealer for a quote? Sometimes easier to do it right the first time.

Can you get a zoomed out photo of the hose?...we just pulled two complete KDSS systems out of two 5th gen 4runners. Everything is available, minus the hard lines.

This is the lower hose of the two that is connected to the front piston. Thanks.

They both went +2 long travel, with custom reinforcement of the frame around the UCA's and shock mounts for the bypass shocks. The KDSS hoses and mounts were in the way...likely will do some sort of antirock sway once the rear suspension is sorted out

That's what I figured. I keep hearing about people doing this and mentioning anti rocks. Can't wait to see someone make a post about it.

Check Jsparky's build thread on here...he has an antirock. Lawndart did as well.
There's another person on here working on a front version.
Also, Total Chaos released a front sway bar recently that is LT compatible. Haven't seen it in person though
