Well in the 2013 4Runner it's fuse 35 and is in the engine compartment fuse panel. Ref pages 564 and 565 of the 2013 owners manual. It's a 10A fuse for interior and vanity lights.

In my '14, the inside fuse box is way underneath the dash, completely horizontal (facing down), to the left of the parking brake. I know this because I blew the cigarette lighter fuse, and being physically disabled, but also a big guy, it was really difficult to change the fuse. Very bad design.

"Be careful what you wish for..." hahaha!
Thought I'd leave these, 2011 Toyota 4Runner "Limited" interior (Courtesy) electrical system diagrams for whomever may want to use them!
Rgds!

Same issue please help!
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I found this and I am having the same issue - was installing all new led interior lights last night and all of a sudden none are working - assuming its the fuse. Does anyone know which fuse it is on a 2016? Thanks a bunch!!

Under the hood in the big black box on driver's side. There's a diagram on the underside of the lid.

Did you figure this out? I was installing the led lights as well and during the map light installation everything went out. Let me know what you did or if anyone else knows what to do.

Yes found it.
Just as Wanderlust above indicated, it is under the hood in fuse box - labeled “Dome” on the diagram. There is a white fuse removal clamp/tool you will find in the box as well that is quite handy. Still dont know why original fuse blew during led install.

So I replaced the fuse and yay the lights started working again. However, the one I was working on that blew the fuse is still not working. The passenger map light switch doesn't activate the light, however the driver side map light works just fine. I put the oem bulb in there and still nothing. Anyone have a clue what I need to do?
Update: I kept fiddling around with it and looks like I messed up the driver side now as I blew a fuse on that side and now that side only works periodically, weird like every 3 button clicks and won't engage when the door opens. So frustrating. Really hoping this isn't an expensive fix....

Map lights out
Very odd.... Replaced the driver's side map light with led. Initially it only turned off and on when the PASSENGERS side button was pushed. Installed the PASSENGER side led and... Nothing. Won't activate when done is opened or when button is pushed. Reverted back to stock bulbs and they still don't work.
Done fuse is fine and everything else in the car works fine as far as I can tell.
Thanks in advance

Interior light fuse & schematic
These images are too blurry to zoom in to see. I am trying to wire an aux switch that requires backlighting when the headlights are on. I want to fuse tap to a 10A Interior lighting fuse. Can someone let me know which one that is?
