sr5 vs. limited front seat difference

i am thinking about upgrading from a 2016 sr5 premium to a 2019 limited. i currently have wet okole seat covers in my sr5 and was wondering if my seat covers will work on the limited front seats. thanks

they might work but i believe the limited has heated and cooled leather seats. so the covers probably will effect the cooling function.

The seat covers will interrupt the “cool” function of the seats. I put that in parenthesis because the seats do not blow cooled air. It only blows ambient air through the seat. If you get in on a summer day and it’s 110 in the vehicle....110 degree air will be blowing through the seats. If it’s 70 degrees in the cabin...they will blow 70 degree air. And the seat covers will be another barrier for the heat to pass through when using the heat function of the seats.

Ahhhhhh, now I understand. A shame they didn't pipe AC air to the seats.

To be quite honest, I find my sr5 cloth seats as cool, if not cooler, than the limited vented seats blowing high.

This post is a little late, but I installed these cheap Amazon covers onto my '19 Limited because I am also a cheap bastard and wanted cooler seats during the summer, because yes, leather, especially black leather (!) melts your legs after a few hours here in VA.
Copap Universal Colorful Seat Covers

As a plus, they're so cheap that the thin material they're made of lets the heating and cooling function of the seat pass right through, so best of both worlds I think
