Little help driver side center console is hot

So I’m a few months in on my 2019 4runner. I turned the heater on the warmest setting for the first time along with the heated seats. When my phone fell between the driver seat and the center console I was surprise how hot the side of the center console was. The passenger side was normal but the driver side was really hot. I’m just wondering if this is normal. Thanks in adavance for the replies.

The plastic air duct for the vents on the back of the console are on the driver side inside the console. If your heat was on high then you just had more hot air moving through the ducts making that side feel warmer. Nothing to be concerned with.

Thanks, I figured it was the vent but I was amazed how hot it was.
