Best lift for around $2500?
Selling my street bike this weekend and will have roughly $5k to play with.
We mildly off-road from time to time but nothing crazy...yet. Ultimate goal is to build it LT but that’s far in the future.
I do plan to get a RR as well so the added weight may need to be considered.

You've got a bit of money to spend. I'm sure others will chime in with better stuff than we got.
We went the cheap route and picked up a set of Bilstein takeoffs from a Pro. Added the Dobinsons 748R 1" lift in the front (total 2" over stock) and 2" C59-723 for the rear. Barely any KDSS lean.
Bit of a rake but my other half loves it. Just about $1,100. With the 275 KO2s, the shark fin antenna, we can barely get it into the garage. Rides and handles great.

Toytech Boss maybe be the best kit including upper control arms under $2k. That would leave you $500-$700 for install if not doing it yourself.
I am very happy with the ride on and off road. Plush but firm like good moto suspension.

I went with Dobinsons and some Camburg UCAs. Really happy with how it turned out - ride is superb now and there's no KDSS lean either.

If you want to wait a month or two I'll be selling my LT Kings for about 2500. They will only have a couple of hundred miles on them - only selling because I'm replacing them for the exact same but in black.

If your budget is $2500, and mildly off-road occasionally, I think you'd be highly satisfied with Bilstein 6112/5160 coilovers/ shocks. The rear spring will depend on what height you're trying to achieve
This would keep you well below your budget though. Probably about $1500 total w/ rear spring and misc accessories like bump stop extender and a diff drop, although I've read that many people don't get the diff drop until they go over 3" front height.

I was looking into this exact setup the other day. Seems like a decent upgrade from the 5100s all around and yet affordable. I’m thinking of doing 2-2.5” of lift so I might as well pick up some UCAs to play it safe.

Ideally I’d like to get rid of the rake. While our 4Runner is technically the wife’s car, she knows it mine deep down haha

Mike (Dobinsons rep) has a thread here with tons of info - check it out for the different options they have.
Part #s I used were:
Front Springs:
C59-302
Rear Springs:
C59-723
Front Strut Options:
GS59-700
Rear Shock Options:
GS59-705

I've said this in another thread.
My opinion is that purchasing a suspension in the $1500-2500 range is a waste of money.
Either go with a solid suspension from Dobinsons, OME, or Bilstein in the sub 1500 range or go with adjustable Kings.
Everything in the middle is, in my opinion, not worth it. You really don't get much more for your $1k - sure, you may have the adjustable coilover but you're going to set it once and probably never touch it again.
And, if you plan on going LT in the future, why waste a grand? Put it in savings for that LT.

Forgive me, whats an RR?
If you really want to do LT later on, why not just go King adjs? Buy once, cry once. Along the way you'll probably put 33s on and such so having that adjustability is a lot better imo.
Also, realistically think about this. Are you the type to mod your vehicles? As you know plans change as time goes on. If you really are going LT, plan it all out now. If not, save yourself some cash and go with the dobs or billy as others have suggested. If you really use the truck offroad, go with King or Fox. Try to take a few trips that you like to do. (ie: desert running, or technical stuff) then buy your suspension as you see fit. Choose a few systems (higher end and mid grade) and really do research. Write down pros and cons and choose form there, this forum is a wealth of knowledge so search here. God knows how many threads there are on this topic. A setup for one member might be overkill for you and/or vice versa.
Last thing, if you want that shiny stuff for the road, don't listen to wahoos like me. Do what makes you happy.
