BP-51 Install Issue?

Hi Guys, I just completed a new rear lift with bp-51s and 889 springs and I noticed the rubber piece above the shock mount is creasing and compressing at an angle. Ive double checked the locating washer is seated in the ring below the mount and everything is installed correctly. The top nut is tight but not overly tight. This issue is only on the drivers side, passenger side is sitting considerably flatter.

My main concern is that this would be unsafe to drive? Possibly my shock mount is bent at an angle and causing this compression? Any input, thoughts or recommendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance

looks like you're missing a washer below the rubber above the frame.

That is what I thought too but no washers were supplied here and the install order is as shown below.

The rubber should touch the frame.

First, what did OME say?

2nd, is your driver side loaded with anything other than yourself?

Are the shocks side specific? It looks like the pic of your truck is the driver's side. Why would the external reservoir line go forward?

This.

Why are people afraid to reach out to the manufacturer / vendor when there are challenges like this?

This is the drivers side. The passenger side if fine. The reservior lines both go forward and tuck to the res which mounts under the frame rail.
