Very happy with my 2012 TE I bought last August. Only has 67k miles on it right now. Don't plan on doing many mods but tires will be the next upgrade. It's my daily driver so I don't want to get too carried away.
That is a rare and beautiful truck. I'm curious what the production numbers are for a Shoreline Blue TE.

Lots of TEs repped here. I love my 2010 SR5P. It’s done everything my Wrangler friends have done with ease. I absolutely love the truck and have done my part to de-chrome it. 101,000 flawless miles and counting.
A friend of mine bought a 2016 and I was slightly jealous but was told independently by many friends that mine looks way tougher. I can’t disagree. The boxy look is tough and timeless. I oddly appreciate the FJ Cruiser-esque tails even though they’re inferior to the LEDs. I plan on keeping this truck until she quits on me...which shouldn’t be for a long while.
We purchased a 2013 Salsa Red Trail a few weeks ago. For now it will only be getting a set of tires. Next year will be a lift and wheels/tires.
Lurking here because I have a '15 TEP, but I still love the look of those stock '13 TE wheels. Something about them scream "big truck" to me....idk why, but they do.

Made my own rack utilizing the factory trail rack until I get a full length rack. 80/20 crossbars and 2 aluminum flat bars. Need to add 3/4 more crossbars and round off the rear of the flat bar. So test fitting still but almost done.
