Light switch problem
When I had the LED light bars put on my roof rack last year, they mounted the switches on the lower part of the dash, left of the steering column. There are two, round, rocker switches. The one closest to the steering column controls the large forward light bar. The other one controls the small light bars on the sides of the rack.
The problem I'm having is that the switch farthest from the steering column keeps getting bumped somehow. I'm guessing my knee brushes against it sometimes when I get in or out of the vehicle, even though I don't have the seat overly close to the steering wheel.
After coming out to the my 4Runner and finding those lights turned on a few times, I've had to resort to putting tape over that switch. But it's not a very "elegant" solution. Can anyone suggest a better fix?
I made another overnight trip to the desert last week, to shoot footage for an upcoming video about the Devil's Canyon area. Here are a few pics:

How about popping out the switch and turning it upside down, it appears your downward motion is activating it. And may I ask how tall you are, thats some high knees. Another option is to fill those blanks on the left with AOB or CH4x4 switches, your wiring is all there. Nice bumper btw

I'm 6'5" and I've never tapped these switches with my knee

Thanks guys. I think I'll try turning it around, as that would be a simple fix. Then if I still have any trouble with it I can try something else.

Maybe it's personal preference, but I think the installer put the switches in upside down anyway. IMO switches should always orient the same way, and the most common orientation we all are familiar with is a light switch in a house - up for on, down for off.
Assuming those are shown 'off' in your photo, you have to flip them down to turn them 'on', which feels wrong to me.
Curious that they didn't use blank panels for switch fitment, too. This panel is closest to the high beams so I can kill high beams and LEDs with two movements of my hand in the same position - towards me to kill high beams and then away to kill LEDs.

These AOB switches are fairly easy to install. Both the dimmer switch and wiper warmer slots needed minor filing to get them to fit into their new home. I would plug the holes the installer drilled with a neat looking rubber plug and retro AOB switches. But, that's just what I would do.
I have yet to install behind the grill hidden LED light bars and 2 ditch lights.....

I didn't want to cut. I went with CH4x4 switches. As far as I can tell. They are the same as the AOB and MicTuning ones. Im 6'4" and dont hit mine at all.

Is the light bar hooked up via a relay or just via the switch? If a relay, what about making the relay circuit switched by the ignition? So when you turn the truck off, everything is off? You could also add a relay to do the same thing easily enough if the bar is just running through the switch.....
