Power outlets and usb not working

Hey t4r!
I’m reaching out in here because I’m at a standstill. All the 12v power outlet ports and the usb outlet in my 2016 Trail suddenly stopped working.
I’ve checked the 15A p/outlet fuse on the driver side footwell and this wasn’t the culprit.
I’m looking for other suggestions on what to check.

Thanks in advance!

How did you “check” the fuse? A lot of people visually check it and don’t see necessarily see that’s it’s broken inside. Grab a meter and check continuity across it. If you’re checking the right right fuse and it’s not blown the next step would be to check for power and ground at the outlet. That’s all it needs to work, 12 volt power and a good ground, you need to figure out which it’s missing. You can check that with a volt/ohm meter or a test light without taking anything apart. Have you had the airbag recall done recently, potentially it got left unplugged after the dash removal. You could always just take it in to someone who knows that basics of electronics and have them diagnose the problem if your tires of dealing with it as well.
