perhaps you knocked an ABS/wheel speed sensor? XREAS by itself is a mechanical system there are no electronics. it cannot be the cause of the lights on the dash

Definitley sounds like a sensor or wire got damaged during the work. As others have mentioned (and I witnessed first hand removing my system) X-reas is 100% mechanical with no sensors or electronics involved.
