Went down on a 3 day baja trip a few weeks ago and the thing was solid!
The rear feels WAY better than it did before. It's now keeping up with or out performing the front.
Still need to head up to Johnson Valley one of these days and have a dedicated tuning day.
Travel numbers where they sit currently: 13.5" driver 15.5-16" on the passenger's side...
When I first got the truck back the driver's side upper link was contacting the gas tank and limiting driver side travel at 11.5".
They made some bent upper links and moved the bumps up an inch and a half or so (they were still mounted using Chaos' bump kit). 33s are about as big as you can stuff in the rear now.
At full bump the rocker arms were contacting the cab as well. So I made some cutouts in the body and boxed them in (all under the carpeted area).
Also they had 500lb/in springs in the rear, I swapped those out to 600lb/in and it doesn't sag as bad in the rear with those.
There's currently a decent amount of binding when the rear droops out, so I'm tossing around the idea of 3 linking it (we'll see when I get to that).
At a minimum I'm going to see if I can make some plated upper arms that have more of a bend to them to even up the travel..
I'll likely make a new mount on the axle side for the pan hard to see if that helps with the binding (rotating the rod end 90deg so it's in the direction of travel)
