Problem with 12v outlet in center console

I hardwired my dashcam this weekend and today my center console 12v outlet is not working. I am very bad with electronics, did I blow a fuse? Everything else is working as far as I can tell. I wired the constant wire to the OBD 7.5 fuse and 15A for switched. Probably a very easy fix but I cannot figure it out. [IMG][/IMG]

Hard wired dash cam and fuses

That's the fuse box under the dash. There is at least one more in the engine compartment, near the battery. Check all the fuses. There is a list or diagram on the inside of the cover.

When I did this mod I wired to the fuse box in the engine compartment because the fuse that came with it and was hard wired did not fit the smaller fuses in the box under the dash. The hard part was getting the wire through a rubber grommet in the fire wall.
