Can you list your mods, or lack of, in your sig? Super helpful for everyone, just FYI.
I had this issue on our GX. Tried balancing, but it didn't solve it fully. Getting the alignment dialed in with everything zeroed out with as much positive caster as possible should help alleviate the vibrations.
First is the tire balance. Which you've done.
Second, Good alignment
Improper caster will lead to steering shimmy. With the factory injected rubber bushings in the LCA, they will move around quite a bit. Which creates a bunch of oscillation that travels to the steering components.
Last step would be dialing in your PSI specific for tire and environment. Won't help a ton, but it will help.
BTW, love your products. Good luck trying to find a decent alignment tech.

This is a known issue that has plagued toyota 120/150 platforms. Feel free to look into it.
