Hooked up the trailer and ran it home to get ready for an outing tomorrow.
I am very pleased with the new springs.
They are just the ticket.
Thanks dobinson’s!!

I'm dealing with the same problem right now. We purchased a trailer and I'm going through all the necessaries before we start towing. How does your 4 runner ride unloaded on the daily?

the back end is a bit stiff while driving over speed bumps in parking lots and washboarded service roads but it its not a huge deal to me and still drives fantastic when i drop my tire pressure to 16ish lbs while wheeling

in full disclosure, i had gotten some dobinsons UCA's and front springs to bring the front up 3" and i ditched the spacer kit.
since installing that with the front, i am dead level unloaded but have a smidge of rear sag again so....

i have just ordered an inch taller rear spring that should be arriving in a couple days and because i was going to have the rear springs out, i decided (what the hell) and ordered the firestone helper bag kit and will be installing that as well

Thanks for the info guys! I'll be ordering a lift from Dobinsons Mike in the very near future. Looking at the 2.5" springs in the front and either 1.5" normal springs + airbags, or 1.5" 200lb springs for the rear like you did. Our TRD off-road has KDSS. Trouble is I really like the smooth ride and how the stock suspension handles washboards, but I need support to tow the camper trailer.

We plan on towing for a few months starting next summer, around the US. We'll take a ton of trips off-road to trailheads, campsites in the woods, etc. without the trailer hitched up during our trip.
