The $1845 you're seeing taken off is a subtraction for the condition of your 4Runner. I would question them on what they are taking off on your condition rating. Almost $2k seems excessive and it's so subjective dependent on the individual adjuster. There should not be that much unless you have physical damage or something mechanical. The adjuster needs to remember they are condition rating a 9 year old vehicle with over 100k miles, it's not going to be perfect. After hearing that large of a condition hit, it really sounds like they are trying to screw you. You should be getting 1-2k more.

They are subtracting $1845 from all the comparables so that their "adjusted comparable value" renders a lower value. What's even stranger is they are subtracting $2256 from the car with the lowest mileage (67,942)
To add insult they are offering me $1400 for my mountain bike which was on a trailer hitch bike rack. Both were destroyed. My bike MSRP over $4700 but I got a deal and paid less. They are basing on what I paid for the bike minus depreciation. I can't buy a similar bike for $1400 unless I find another used bike in the same condition which there are none anywhere near my state. The bike shop estimate recommended a new replacement bike which is more than i paid for my bike. However, it's lower priced at MSRP.
