What are the parts you used to make that spout for the rotopax. I'm looking to make something similar.

Usually this isn't a problem because I know to close it, but I just had a tire shop close the hatch door with the handle open and it managed to chip some paint off this time.

Wondering if everyone is just dealing with this or if there's something wrong with mine.
I bought mine before they had the UltraLatch, but then bought the UltraLatch as an "upgrade". After using both, I went back to the old style latch. My driveway has an incline, and every time I went to open and close the hatch, I had to be mindful of the UltraLatch and even had to hold it out of the way with one hand while closing the hatch with the other. I did not have that issue with the old latch. After closing the hatch on the UltraLatch twice, I reinstalled the old latch and haven't looked back.

Where is everyone wiring their license plate lights?

I was thinking the hitch light would be the simplest since the UltraSwing would not be a permanent mount.
But maybe the taillight is better with a quick connect link in the wire.

I wanted something that was temporary and could be removed when I didn't have the hitch gate on the rig.

I bought a trailer harness:
Amazon.com: Miady 25ft Trailer Wiring Harness with 4 Flat Connector, 18 AWG Color Coded Wires Trailer Light Wiring Harness Extension with 4ft White Ground Wire: Automotive

Wired it to this: Amazon.com: LivTee Extremely Bright License Plate Frame LED License Plate Lights Lamp, Xenon White(6000K): Automotive

Snipped and capped all the non essential wires to reduce the size and mass of all the wires.

Then wrapped it in this:
Amazon.com: 65FT Wire Loom Tubing 3/8" Cable Sleeve Flexible Conduit, Flame Retardant PP Corrugated Electrical Wires Conduit, Electric Wires Cover,Black: Home Audio & Theater

Taped it up in a few spots to hold it all together.

When we use the swing out I zip tie the harness to the back side of the swing out and then plug it into the trailer harness location up under the back end on the drivers side.
Turn on the lights and the license plate lights up.

Yea that $100 bucks for "previous customers" is still steep in my mind to upgrade a latch that works perfectly fine..

I did the 4 pin hitch wiring thing but then switched it to tapping into the factory wiring. Here is a good write-up.

License Plate LED Light Addition for Hitch Mounted Tire Carrier | Toyota 4Runner Forum [4Runners.com]

It is easy to do. Ends up being a lot cleaner. Since I use my 7 pin all the time having something plugged into the 4 pin was less convenient. It required modifying the factory covers for the hitch connections.

I have the Side Hack and have 2 gal water there, but would be nice to have another 4 Gal back there and the propane out of the cargo area.

Anyone notice a price increase on the ultra swing? The bundle used to be about $1.5k. It’s now $1.7k?

Maybe they are getting hit with increased raw material prices like everything else. Manufacturing delays seem to be impacting everything.

That's crazy. At that point you might as well get a full rear bumper replacement that comes w/ swing arms...

While I think the price is getting crazy if you look at most dual swings they are normally closer to $3k with all the options. I’d rather have them but they are also crazy prices.

I definitely agree on both counts.....

I understand some of the shock manufacturers are also taking a price increase....probably for the same reasons.
