Driver or Passenger Side?

I’ve purchased an ARB awning and just curious on everyone’s reason for the side they put it on? Thanks!

Depends how you load the truck imo. I'd go passenger. Its simple enough to switch when you start using it to see which side works better for you.

I have an ARB awning room. The room door opening is located in the rear of the vehicle when mounted on the driver side, and in the front of the vehicle when mounted on the passenger side.

I wanted the room door in the rear, so my awning is mounted on the driver side.

If I didn't use the room, I would probably mount on the passenger side.

I have the deluxe awning room and it has doors on both ends so no issue there.

I have mine mounted on the passenger side as when I camp at a national or provincial park that is the correct side to have it on if you back into the campsite, presumably the door side of an RV.
