Thanks to this review, I ordered three of these too. As advertised, all 3 fit very nicely back there, with some wiggle room. I plan to get some cargo brackets to mount to the floor to keep these from sliding around (albeit the sliding is not too bad due to how well they fit).
Don't forget the popular mod from Expedition Portal where you can split a standard 5/16" window gasket from Lowes or HD down the middle and place into the lid channel for sealing the container to keep moisture/dust out when outside. Did this myself and works very good.

I picked up one of these from Academy for about $27 total. Thanks for sharing OP.
My ViAir, recovery stuff, numerous tie downs and ratchet straps go in there now. Nice to not have everything scattered around anymore.
Happen to have any pictures of your plano bin secured to your rack? Obviously its not a complex method but..curious minds.
Unfortunately out of town until tomorrow then a quick pack up for a backpacking trip so no time to set up and post.
But will post pics of both of my setups soon. I have one for a full family trip (two Plano boxes and a roof bag) and one set up for off-road camping (with one kid) where the roof bag gets replaced by recovery gear and fuel containers.
But it is simple, I have one ratchet on each end and one over the top. Can keep the boxes attached and only loosen one strap to get the tops off. Ratchets attach to eye bolts. This rack is so versatile you can do whatever setup you want. Pretty sure my plan of having two setups simultaneously will work but haven’t had a chance to mount hardware for the fuel cans yet.
It may be I have to get a CBI ladder to access everything properly. At least that’s what the pitch will be to my wife!
