more like you stole my life! I've wanted to move west of the Rockies since I was little; just made a lot of stupid mistakes. And if my wife keeps ordering pizza with anchovies on it I may be knocking on your door for a place to stay. A man can only be pushed so far.
The VFR is one of my all time favorite bikes. Even when they went to the 800cc design. But the 750cc was just stellar.

I'm an old fart (72+) and crippled up with a bad ticker, so I'm much more limited than I was before.
I spend my time reading (classics, CJ Box, classic detective stories by Raymond Chandler and Dashiell Hammett), fossil hunting, exploring in the SW, making "bee houses" for pollinators and donating them, environmental work, making dioramas, spending time with my wife of 35 years.
Used to enjoy fly-fishing, elk hunting, & bird hunting. Still enjoy halibut fishing in Alaska. Halibut are not as much fun as the tuna & dorado I used to catch off SoCal and Mexico, but the scenery out of Home and Kenai is prettier!

When I'm not doing what pays the bills...
Chess - ELO rating in correspondence chess would be about 1750.
Old pc games - titles between 1992-2010.
Military history - both reading and writing (WWI is my primary focus)
I used to do much more active activities like golf, cycling, etc. but my health won't let me nuch anymore.

I'm out and about quite a bit here either in the mountains backpacking or on the beach. Actually hopped on here because I'm thinking about upgrading and thinking about the new 23's.

Cars are basically my only hobbies.
When I'm not wrenching on or off roading with the 4Runner....
I'm working on this car that I've had since I was 15
Or this car that I've had since I was 19
Or this car that I got this year
And cars are basically my families hobby also. Between cruising, car shows, and other event, plus I work in the Auto industry, my whole life basically revolves around cars.
I know I know....BORING!

Always been into fossil collecting and since I live on a ranch with some stuff, including dinosaur tracks, I go out looking around and hiking every once in a while. I did make a few casts of a track. Probably gonna do some more.
Also play guitar though Im not into it as I used to be.
Published a book a few months ago and that was fun so writing another at the moment.
Too many hobbies to list and all of em expensive lol.

I'm super jelly! That looks amazing!
I also enjoy wrenching, but the past few years I've been focusing on smaller, cheaper projects (usually motorcycles and scooters).
Also into reloading, 3d printing...and just last weekend got a wood (some alumi) CNC machine.

Drink beer and play with guns …
For decades, I was more into exploring, camping, two week exploration trips with friends to ghost towns, off roading in my various 4x4 trucks. I am a published author, photographer, and historian. I used to have a large website on 4x4 trails and history, but it’s been offline for years now. But I’m now getting up in years and not as active. My wife is disabled and can’t ride off road due to pain. I’ve gotten rid of my camping stuff. I traded in my ‘02 Tacoma TRD for my 4Runner and it’s more my speed now. Comfort, practicability and value are my priorities and the T4R fits the bill perfectly for me.
My ‘18 SR5 gets plenty of off road use, but much more moderate. I live in an area that is isolated, where dirt roads outnumber paved ones. The truck gets used as much as a tractor as a daily driver.
Oh, I still like to drink beer and play with guns …

I like old Microprose games - Darklands, Civilization II, a modified version of Master of Magic (called Caster of Magic.) I'll occasionally play an SSI title called Panzer General II. For a game in this century, a Paradox Interactive game called Victoria II.

Oh those sound fun, watched a video on a few of those. I'm almost the opposite, I mainly play older FPS games, CSS, quake, doom. Awesome mix though. Up until the re-do a few close friends and i would play WC3.

"ghost towns" is making my imagination run wild? Where too? Man, I wish your website was still up...I would LOVE to take a look.
Also share the love for guns, but mostly I do reloading and restoring/building and less actual shooting. At least, not as much as I would like.
