Best repair solutions for bodywork bruising damage

So we had a little issue with the garage door and this is what happened to the 2016 4runner! A bit bummed and looking for sensible solutions hopefully not involving replacing all the parts which are plastic. Anyone dealt with this previously?

Bruised

After I got a scratch on my silver trail. I told the wife we could scratch it up even further! She said yes!!

But In Your case. Suction and buffing is cheap. A good detailer can make it almost disappear! Until the color coated wax rubs off!
Good luck!

Time to visit a salvage yard, and see if you can find a new rear bumper and flare in the same color?
