That is what I remember hearing. The factory tow receiver is mounted to the frame cross member using 6 large bolts. This gets removed and the bumper is mounted using the same 6 bolt holes plus 10 other bolt location so it should be plenty strong to tow the factory ratings.

This is correct. It is mounted in the same way as the factory hitch and then some, but it has not been officially tow rated.

Does anyone have the Hi lift Jack carrier? I would like to know the overall width measurement as well as the measurement from the left edge of the mount to the start of the bolt slots on the back of the mount (where you bolt it to the swing out).

I'm pondering this idea of drilling 2 holes on the angled edge of the right side swing out just behind the tire and mounting the hi lift there at an angle behind the tire. Basically exactly like the ladder mounts on the opposite side. The jack itself will fit between there and the rear hatch with plenty of room to spare.....it just depends on the two measurements I asked about above as to whether it will work or not.

My goal is to use the left side swing out to mount a set of stacked rotopax and a 5 lb propane mount respectively on either side of the Rotopax/traction board mount. Traction boards will be on the prinsu.

No. I never did as far as mounting it to the bumper. I went to a local metal fab shop and had 1/4" steel plate bent at a 45* angle so I can hang it off the side of the prinsu rack. That way I can still mount up the RTT.

On the left swing out I'm going to use the vertical rotopax mount. Plan on stacking 2 4gal pax on the inside (center) portion of the victory mount and bolting a propane tank mount to the outside of the victory mount. Maxtrax I'll be mounting on the roof rack horizontally in front of the RTT.

I'll attach a couple if pics of the jack mount once I get to better service area.

I'm in need of a rear bumper (and a little body work )

Because I messed up part of my bumper cover, I'm looking for a good used bumper to cut up for one of the Victory 4x4 bumpers. I have found a Limited bumper that's Barcelona red. What's the difference in the areas that are left after cutting? Anyone have a Limited with the Victory bumper and could post a pic or two of the interface with the bumper.

Thanks in advance

Stephen

Those who have Limiteds can also chime in here, but several have installed them on a Limited! I believe the only real difference is the hard body line we used to measure the cut from in one area. So here is the measurement down from the taillight instead. We have also had someone buy a new rear bumper cover (unfinished) and left it matte black. It looks good! Either way should work fine.

Hi Stephen,

I have a limited. Are you asking for pictures around the edges of the vehicle where there is a gap between the bumper and bumper cover or around the back-bottom of the hatch area where the flat top of the bumper meets up with the plastic bumper cover area?

Hopefully these all come through. Both mounts are at Zink Primer/Powder Coat now. should have them back in a week. I have 1 more mounts I'm going to have to make when I switch out for a 60" hi lift instead of 48".

I saw what I needed - thanks Just curious if there's a difference if I use a Limited cover after cutting. They look pretty much the same.

Are there any current discounts for the rear bumper and swing carrier??? I've got the Victory front bumper on mine, looking to get the rear to match!
