Prinsu roof rack
Anybody running a full length non drill Prinsu roof rack? I'm thinking of getting one for my RTT and a few accessories and any feedback good or bad would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.

Good rack, meh company and little to no aftermarket support.
However, you can pretty much adapt any accessories you want if u are willing to play in the fastener department at Home Depot, so that is kind of a plus.

Thanks.
I did manage to speak to someone at Prinsu today. I did wait 35 mins for the privilege but he was helpful when I got him. What was interesting is that there is no official dynamic or static weight specs for their racks.

I have the drilled version (which isn't bad and takes only a few minutes by the way).
But the rack is awesome. As far as the static/dynamic load is concerned... I've jumped the 4runner a few times with the Smittybilt XL RTT on it (140lbs).
And the rack holds up fine 👌

That's good to know, not that I plan on jumping my 4RT
I'm going to go, with the no drill version, just can't bear the thought of drilling holes in a new ride.
Thanks for the info.

Check out Victory 4x4’s rack. IMO it is aesthetically a little nicer looking than the Prinsu and is priced right. They are also a forum vendor. https://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-g...ctory-4x4.html

Yea I was considering Prinsu because it was the lowest profile but fitment seemed to be an issue. I went with Victory over Prinsu because of customer service and the product looks quality. Will be receiving it soon and let you guys know.

I have the exact rack that you are looking at (no-drill), I like it. I installed it solo so I pretty much built it on the truck vs on the floor and trying to get it up there by myself. Piece of cake. I've had a hundred or two pounds of gear up there for beach runs etc, coolers, fold up canopy, surf boards beach chairs blah blah. I even used it to move once.
I ordered the mounting hardware for the ARB canopy but haven't got the canopy yet. I also order extra of the eye bolts for mounting stuff. Side note I highly recommend Roller Cam for tie down straps, the home depot junk blows. They make a few different ones, I went with the expeditions. Just google them.
I will say, to be fair, my rack came without the hardware so I had to wait a few days to get that. Also, may be fixed by now but if you order the eye bolts through the website it will incorrectly charge your credit card, they refunded it quickly though. It's a fabrication company, not amazon.
All in all, I love the rack. Best option for the $1K price range in my opinion. I just couldn't pull the trigger on the $1500 dollar and up racks.
Edit:I just looked at the Victory rack from the link, it looks remarkably like the Prinsu. Same crossbars even except it's $100 more. Might be worth looking at if they make a non-drill like you want.

i have prinsu's canopy mounts. i used them for my arb2500.
they are great mounts. very stout and i do really like how they 'hook' into the rack. it'll make sense once you get them.

the prinsu awning mounts are worth it, if you don't plan on running a RTT.

Sorry, I agree. Just trying to clarify a comment made previously.

I have it on my 19 pro. Love it, got it in about a week. Quality is amazing, didn't need any support and me and a buddy installed it in a couple of hours drinking beer.
