Odd Issue Rolling With Windows

I inadvertently left my keys in the ignition on accessory (long story short, spilled some water in the back and went back in to the car last second to roll down the windows to air dry and spaced the keys) Both the driver and passenger side rear windows were open all night long. I found my keys in the ignition and the battery was completely dead. Used my lithium ion jumpstarter (what a life saver) and got it running then went for a drive to charge the battery. I discovered that I could not roll up the rear windows from the front driver's switches. I could roll them up from each respective door's switch, but even then auto up and down won't work. I turned the car off and on a few times to no avail. The rear hatch window works fine. Any ideas? TIA

Are you sure your battery is fully charged? Unless you drove for a long period of time without shutting off and restarting the vehicle, it is unlikely that driving around is enough to fully recharge a dead battery. Especially if you were cycling the ignition multiple times as you mention.
I say this as electrical gremlins are not uncommon when you do not have a fully charged battery.

That thing is going to need a long time on a battery tender to get it back up to proper charge.

...and as usual, I learned something else with this thread about things I was unaware of.

I got them reset. No lights on the switches came on but it worked otherwise. Thanks again!
