At speeds under 40mph I get a really bad creaking sound that sounds like its from the driver side door and possibly the roof. Has anyone had anything like this? I have a sunroof but no noises from it based on what I have read and I don't have factory or aftermarket crossbars installed. I did recently remove my roof rails to have them powdercoated but I assembled them exactly the way they were before. Am I supposed to replace the felt washers under the rails?
I checked and torqued all 8 bolts down to 18ftlbs which is a little higher than they were from the factory. Also used PTFE tape and blue loctite on the bolts.

You ever figure out your creaking?
