I put this Ram mount right into the dash. Read about it on another website, I believe it was Trail 4Runner. It really nice. I just took the dash apart, drilled a hole, and secured it with a bolt on the inside.

I've been looking for this too, and searched the board. It doesn't look like there are any solutions unless you're willing to drill, or want an on-dash/windshield mount.

I'm guessing 2019 phone mounts changed from the ones over the past decade?

Nope, no cup holder mount, no seat wedge mount and certainly no mount that would bolt to your seat rail. Nope nothing out there.

The CD player mount was the best option for me. BOOM, instant carplay. The phone is right there, just pretend you installed one of those 1K units. Enjoy the back window down too.

I have a Pro Clip mounted to the center vent, with a iottie wireless charger off that. Solid and is great for charging either iPhones or Androids.
1. Proclip - Toyota 4Runner Center Dash Mount - ProClip Center Mount
Item: 854490 Toyota 4Runner Center Dash Mount #854490 | ProClip USA $29.99
2. iOttie Easy One Touch Wireless Qi Fast Charge Car Mount Kit || Fast Charge - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...ie=UTF8&psc=1- $49.95
3. ARKON APGN-VSM Vehicle Specific Mount Adapter Plate Connects 4 Hole AMPS VSM to Garmin Nuvi 17mm - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - $14.40
And that's it. Works great. I just took the full mounting system from iottie off, and used only the wireless charging piece.

Proclip to the middle vent and i hooked a magnet to it, just toss the phone up there, very strong, person location. No drilling. Didnt use the little piece of 2 sided tape so I can move it around if I need to.
