Angry 2011 4runner Scrach issue

I would like to know how much to repair a key scratch about 4 to 5 inches.

Find a decent detailer (not a bodyshop) and ask them. I suspect that this scratch can be detailed out.

Hard to tell how deep the scratch is, so it will either buff out with or without wet sanding. If it is too deep you can probably buff most of it out and then touch up the rest. A professional will know what to do.

Detail shop would be your best bet. At least you will be able to live with it after they do their magic!!!
