That being said. Make sure to use the frame for the stand locations, so the springs can decompress. One can also jack up the passenger side axle to gain more clearance and can undo the driver side shock for even more. Like when installing new coils. Just my .02

Why not just pick it up on the hoist and work on it like gentlemen?

Screw it. Cut it off. You’re never going to put it back on. I used to save everything... for what!? Lol. Usually ended up putting all the parts in the trunk when I traded the car back in. Dealership couldn’t have cared less. I’m done saving car parts.

I agree with saving parts. Was gonna sell stock muffler and pipe but saw it online cheap. Not worth my time to ship.
However cutting it off won't help put the new one in, still have to twist it through and in place

Unfortunately that aint accurate. I'm looking for a friend that wants this and all those sites have a heavy shipping charge after you order it and will call you or email you with the extra and dealers won't match that locally

This is correct. I ordered one online and it tacked $28 for freight. The dealer is less than 2 hrs away so i thought maybe they’d deliver it with their parts delivery service.
Negative. They called a day later, wanted $150 to ship it. I left work early and picked it up myself. Made them refund the $28 too.

Exactly but you picked yours up as I had did. Other guy was correct, not all dealers will do this. Go here Bad Request and it will show the dealers that will allow you to pick them up. I have a handful around my area.
Edit..link wouldn't take. Google parts.toyota.com

Curious to see if others have had the sound change with more miles? I just had the TRD exhaust put on a day ago and mixed feelings so far. The positives, no drone when cruising at highway speed or decel. However, it does give a "boat like" sound when accelerating gradually under certain conditions and clearly resonates inside cabin. Im hoping that with break in, that boaty sound becomes more aggressive. Right now it's that funky in between type sound. Not stock quiet but not "aftermarket borla" type sound.

Come Mon, I'm actually going to see if the dealer tossed my old stock pipe yet. Might just want to keep it in the garage to be safe if this doesn't grow on me

Yea that's was no one realizes. My friend is convinced that's what he wants but he hasn't heard my Gibson yet. I'm going over there later today I think to let him listen to it. When I see people at gas stations they've asked me if I have a V8 under the hood.
