I ended up contacting them and just purchased a new bolt, spacer and nut.
I ground it down and it sat in the spindle perfectly, but the bolt still wouldn't go through the spacer like it did on the driverside and it looks like when I was tightening it down to flush with the spindle the bolt threads got a little messed up while hitting the spacer and cut some threads into it so that might be why I am having that issue.
It's possible the original spacer might of had a tiny piece of metal that I may not of noticed, but looking at it, the lip was formed as the metal was pushing against the inside of the spindle while I was tightening it down, which makes me think it must of just slipped out of place just enough to be off or something or a bad angle so I'll go ahead and say it could of just been user error.
The quality of their components are extremely high and everything else fit perfectly and their customer service (Pat and Rob) have been absolutely fantastic.
