Look for other mods by the previous owner. See if anything is loose or misaligned. I've read about rear springs not seated properly, loose spare tire, loose tire jack in the cubby, lower rear shock bolts not fitting tight allowing the lower shock mount to shift, loose front coilover bolts (top or bottom)..

Thanks for the suggestions. I would check the rear stuff, but the sound is instant along with hitting a bump / hole with the front end, before the rear ever reaches the area. The sound is also coming from the front passenger area.
Can a ball joint make a clunk noise? Thats my only guess is maybe one of the ball joints on the SPC UCA is bad.
