Side mirrors with turn signals

Am looking to swap out the OEM side mirrors on our 5th Gen Trail for OEM mirrors with turn signals. Any suggestions as to where I can buy them? Is it as easy as using those found on the Limited? Thanks in advance.

I have an SR5 premium that needed a new door, I replaced the door with what I believe is and SR5 and can confirm the wiring harness is in fact different. I don't have an exact part number, but the new harness itself is $341! If you come across a work around I'de love to hear it. First picture is the harness from the SR5 premium, second is what I believe to be an SR5.

This has been discussed at length within a different thread.

Ultimately, the answer lies somewhere in between yes and no. Yes the mirrors are structurally the exact same and connect the same to the frame of the door.

The Non-premium mirror uses a 5-pin connector which only functions the mirror motors and heaters.

The premium mirror uses a 11-pin connector that brings in the connections for the +/- of each puddle and turn signal lamp.

@Old Red is the resident expert on this topic, as he was able to figure out where to land the puddle/turn signal wires within the older style door harness. And is currently developing a harness product that we all hope goes on sale soon.

You can find all the information I have currently figured out in the pin-out diagram below and within the thread link.

Thank-you for the information, the diagram is helpful. I did see that post, and am hoping the harness will be available for purchase soon.

Thank you for all the info. The reason I am wanting to change mirrors is that we are likely moving overseas next year and would like to take the vehicle with us. While some exemptions are offered to vehicles that are considered "moving goods," I do not want to get there and be told I need to make such changes for it to be road worthy.

Mirrors with turn signals are one of those grey areas that I can't get a straight answer on, so if I can do it stateside, all the better. Wouldn't need the puddle lights, just the turn indicator.
