There is about 1-1.5 inches of front to back adjustability. The wind fairing is also adjustable forwards and backwards. Here is how I have mine:

None. You can see the bars over top if you put them there.

One more question for those that have the rack installed (or Sherpa) - how much adjustability (in inches) is there in mounting the rack forward or back? Most of these it almost looks like the edges of the wind fairing are over the windshield, but a couple of them look mounted further back.
You have around an inch of adjustment forwards and back to get it to your liking. This allows for some discrepancy in the roof mounting points from the factory as they are not 100% the same across the vehicles.

Can the rear organization plate/system be used with the rear seats up or do they have to be folded down/forward?

They can be used with the seat up or down, they are however out of stock right now. We are holding off on producing more until we are caught up with all current orders and our roof rack lead times are shortened.

How much does the hatch block the light pattern? I figured it would which is why I wanted to have both a chase light and some other work lights, kind of like this:

But I think after doing some more measuring this weekend, the only way that's going to work is if the light is mounted on top of the crossbar, which I'm not interested in since they are 2.5" ... would stick up way too much.
I was able to mount both S2s and S1s on the bottom side of the last crossbar as chase lights. However, if you are going to use rear lights as camp or work lights you will most likely have to mount them on the top side on the furthest channel.

Took some photos after work so I hope this helps some of y’all. Keep in mind the S1s are a bit taller so you’ll have more clearance to your roof line with S2s. I ended up moving them onto my rear bumper as camp/reverse lights.

And if anyone is interested...I run these side lights. I got the idea from the taco forum and they ALMOST sit flush with the top edge of the rack. The guys over there said they were nearly identical to the Rigid ones but at a 1/3 of the cost.

Sorry, I still don’t know why this forum rotates my photos

I'm ~12 months away from purchase, so no worries! I haven't even taken delivery of the truck yet.

No more base plate and drawer system? I don’t see it on your site anymore.

Received my rack before Thanksgiving and finally had a block of time to do the install this weekend. The install was super simple. It took a little over two hours from start to finish. The hardest part for me was getting the plastic covers off on the OEM rack. The fit and finish are great and the rack feels really sturdy.

Installed 4 BD lights on the sides of the rack this weekend - 2 each side. I'm quite impressed with the amount of light they throw. Plenty for setting up camp and low enough draw they can be left on for hours at a a time.

Design of light mounts is typical Sherpa thoughtful quality. Nice work Sherpa guys.
