Holding out on some accessories and mounts to go with the rack
There will be, we are fully expecting a very high order volume and holiday delays with this sale. If you are in a time crunch I would recommend not holding off on ordering.

Waiting for this. I held off last year and have been waiting since lol. I wasn't in a need to buy at that time but have the wallet ready the day it starts

Love my Sherpa rack. Worth the wait IMO. Just need the matching drawers from Sherpa to complete it.

I think I to am going to wait for the black friday sale. I can't go with Prisnu after a guy damaged one of his side pieces and they wouldn't sell him just the 2 side pieces. Gobi is made of steel and so is LFD.
I got my rack the other day and threw it on. Only took a couple hours to get it all sorted out. Went great and am happy with the fit, finish, and fitment. Added minimal if any wind noise.
Anyone using a strip of clear vinyl on the roof under the fairing trim piece to keep from rubbing on the paint or is the fairing sitting just slightly above to prevent any rubbing?

We recommend keeping the fairing about an 1/8" off of your roof. Depending on your specific setup it is adjustable to help reduce wind noise if it is to occur. We do not recommend having it touch the roof as it will scratch the paint over time as dust and debris build up and micro vibrations move it around.

Great advice. I also put a 6 inch strip of 3m clear PPF or vinyl down just in case it slides down.
