Looks like he had to do a lot of trimming to get the 285s not to rub. I wonder what it would have been like if he had not used the spacers? After seeing this I think I'm back to going with the Westcott Designs kit.

Well known that if you add wheel spacers with the factory wheels you will rub.
Same is true of the Wescott kit, if you if you have wheel spacers you will rub.
No spacers, no rub..

I will gladly give up my spacers to run 285's with these springs.

I’m hoping my SCS Wheels clear with the 285’s. If not I will have to see what I will need to do at the time. I might have my tire place I deal with I know the owner I might have him put a 285 on my SCS wheel to take home and put it on myself to see what I need to modify.

Lift Complete!

For those who care, see the pics below.

Im sitting at pretty much 39 1/4" front ground to wheel well on all sides but the Eibach rear spring perches aren't fully extended. I am going to adjust them to be 1/2" higher in the back to bring back a little rake.

Rid-ability is great, alignment is great, no regear needed. I noticed minor rubbing when backing up into my driveway, may do a little more trimming or eventually a super small viper cut. Already have a BMC and pinch weld.

Great pics and review, looks really good.

Couple things. I was told by eibach that we do not need aftermarket UCA's or a diff drop. Curious why you chose to do those mods.

I added 2x 1/4” coilover shims to each side which increased the lift by another 1”.

Very Nice!! waiting for it to cool down a bit (104* today) before I install the same springs and UCA's my top hat spacer is .400 about .750-.800 additional.

Did you happen to get before and after hub to fender heights.?? Very curious, especially with the adjustable rears, which I already have installed...

K4Run: looks great! Get some pics flexing that thing out with the tires stuffed!

I have all my parts except the 1/4” spacers. Hope to find some that can be delivered next week so I can do my install next weekend.

Do you know what caster you have on your alignment? What setting did they use on the SPC—2?

Also, are your spidertraxx on in these pics?

Thank you! I only measured ground to fender.

Stock fronts = approx. 35.25"
Stock Rears = approx. 36.5"

Lifted front and rears = approx. 39.25"

But I am going to raise the rears by another 0.5" for a little rake.

Nice! The extra height from the top hat spacers makes a big difference I think.

I'm not sure on the caster sorry, alignment was done by @Stellar built in Sacramento CA.

Yes the 1.25" spidertrax are installed in those pics.

I’m also eager to here offroad reviews and see pics. The overland/Offroad shop doing my alignment and new tires after I install the lift this weekend are trying to talk me out of 285/75/17 and into 285/70s... the gearing concern is starting to sway me to the ~33s....

I’m in the exactly same boat... awaiting delivery and deciding between 287/75 or 285/70. I am also getting pushed into the smaller option because it’s also my daily driver.

Are you doing UCAs? I was looking at the JBAs but am seeing that a spacer is needed for the larger size tire. But if I do the spacer I will likely have to trim more than I want... so many decisions lol! I am going to try just the springs and add the UCAs if I need them for alignment.

Good luck with the install!
