are longer bolts and spacers needed?

I bought a 3" toytec lift that came with a differential drop kit, I have an SR5 and added the TRD aluminum skid (factory steel sitting in the garage). when I drop the differential am I going to need longer bolts and spacers for my skid plate?

I don't have a diff drop, but the sway bar spacers included in the lift kit will make the front bolts that come with the TRD skid plate too short to catch. You'll need 60mm bolts up front to make it work.

No need for the diff drop.

Don't need the Diff Drop, but it helps keep the cv axles closer to factory angle. Better in the long term especially if you go maximum lift height.

I've read about not needing the drop, but it came with the kit and I will install it, I see no reason not too.

Yes you will need longer bolts and spacers. I had that same problem a couple of months ago. I had to put spacers on the back where the dif is and also double them up in the front.
I too was told that the dif drop wasnít needed and I also felt the same as itís there Iím going to install it.
