Victory 4x4 Bumper, Warn Winch and Dobinsons UCA Installed

I'm finished with all of the planned mods and upgrades on my 2019 T4R Off Road... for now.

Installed my Victory 4x4 aluminum front winch bumper, Warn VR8-S bumper and Dobinsons UCA. You can also see my recently installed driver side A pillar grip in the 2nd photo.

The bumper fit well and looks great, but it took a bit of work to install. It would've gone a lot smoother with two people. Holes on the mounting plates allow for some vertical and horizontal adjustability, so things eventually lined up nicely. The online installation video by the manufacturer is very helpful.

The Warn winch fits the bumper perfectly and works well so far. I didn't care for the Warn factory fairlead or hook that came with the winch, so I went with a Factor 55 instead (fairlead logo upside down on bottom for a cleaner look).

I didn't really need the Dobinsons UCAs after my 2.5" Dobinsons lift, but I really wanted to improve the T4R tendency to wander that was present right off the dealer lot. The UCAs definitely improved handling. Now I can drive without constant corrections!

Link to my Dobinsons Lift Installation.

After a couple of weeks with the lift I decided to upgrade the UCAs. Would’ve saved myself some work if I’d installed them at the same time, but...

Same thing happened to me, ended up costing me $175 ish more :/. But in the end, Im super pleased with them! How are you alignment numbers looking?

Also, looks like you got an RCI front skid there too?

Alignment needed to be adjusted, but all is well. Can’t remember the exact caster numbers. I believe around 3.8°. Definitely pleased with the UCAs.

Yes, the RCI skid was my first upgrade four months ago. The RSG rock sliders were next followed by the roof rack.

Very nice. Pretty much the same setup I am looking at.

Thanks for posting!
