Try manually locking/unlocking each door without using the switch a few times and see if they come to life. A bad keyswitch on outside of the door could be causing an issue also. They should all lick turning the key to lock and unlock turning it twice. You also have rear gate keyswitch also.

I just parked and my doors locked fine with the key fob. I think it's interesting that power seems to be unavailable to the door locks 10 seconds or so after turning the car off...it seems to be less if the air conditioner fan is on... (maybe drawing more current from the system...) I've noticed if it's on, by the time I get out of the vehicle and close the door to lock it, I can't use the remote to lock the doors. Then I have to turn the key back to the on position, turn off the fan, turn the key off, close the door...and then I can lock the doors (if I do it quickly).
