Another idea--installed this in my mom's 2018 Forester. Given that some stuff is interchangable, I wonder this mirror can be fitted in our 4Rs. This is switched to the ignition

Subaru Forester Auto-Dimming Mirror with Compass and HomeLink(R) - H501SSG304 | Eastside Subaru, Kirkland WA

I was able to find some on here. Just don't rely on the car description, go into the images if available and see if they have what you are looking for.

It's Toyota PN 81260-35601-B0; just order from your friendly Toyota Parts Department of choice.

Typically, when you're in the OEM parts websites, as you scroll through the various categories to get where you need to go, all of the overhead consoles for a given year 4R are on the same page. You just have to find the one with the description that says "4wd, without sunroof, with homelink, gray, without offroad."
