2020 4 runner rear view mirror question...

Question for anyone that has seen a 2020 4 runner inside rear view mirror (WITH TOYOTA SAFETY SENSE NOT OLDER ONES WITHOUT) on the.windshield...

Little background why I am asking...

I have a 2017 corolla SE WITH TOYOTA SAFETY SENSE. 18 months into owning it rear view mirror in the windshield starts getting loose. NO WAY TO TIGHTEN THE TORX screw because of the camera cover AND TOYOTA NOT SMART ENOUGH to put an access hole in the camera cover for a straight shot with a T20 screw driver. I can see the screw but no straight shot. Took to toyota under warranty and they tightened, notes said remove cover, tighten screw and reinstall cover. Unless you know how to remove cover without breaking it no way average joe can tighten the torx screw.

WILL THE NEW 2020 4 RUNNERS HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

WELL, I will find out this weekend when I TEST DRIVE A NEW 2020 SR5 PREMIUM IF THEY DONT GET SOLD IN 3 DAYS !!! Just talked to Costco rep HE said he will show me costco price. Stealership has 2 SR5 Premiums in their inventory supposed to be silver. I AM PRAYING NO 3RD ROW. Also praying no dealer decals or no deal. This dealer is known in past on some vehicles they will decal their initials. I will let sales guy if anyone puts a decal AFTER TEST DRIVE NO DEAL. I will chex the 4 runner after "talking numbers" to do some thinking too. ILL NOTE VIN TOO.

Quik OCD question...

WOULD YOU TRUST A STEALERSHIP TO REMOVE A DECAL THEY APPLIED WITHOUT MESSING UP THE PAINT? ME, NAH.

Yeah... dealers...
Do it yourself. For most decals, warm them up with a hairdryer and start picking at an edge with your fingernail. Peels up easily. Clean up any remaining adhesive with a solvent.
