Apparently 2 trolls ITT
The springs with and without dynamic suspension are different, but this is totally pointless to their claim that they handle the same - they don't. KDSS uses a heavier sway bar, that by itself will make it handle differently even without the KDSS system impacts. Anyone who says that a heavier sway bar doesn't impact vehicle handling and dynamics is either a troll or should be ignored in regards to anything suspension related.
Just go test drive both models if you cant understand the basics

I retract my previous sarcasm. Yeah shocks are the same but the stiffer sway does make a difference. That’s all that’s going on.

Adding my 2cnts. Went from a 16' Trail to a 19' ORP w KDSS and will say that handling / lean is definitely an improvement as the system is designed. On road ride "quality" or comfort to me might actually be a step backwards. The 19' w KDSS the ride feels stiffer / less forgiving and you get more feedback from the road surface. While I like that feel on a sports type performance car, Id rather have a bit more dampening on a 4x4. Tires are p rated Michelin AT2 stock size

We warned you not to drink the Kool=Aid.

This is a big step up from the 1986 Subaru GL wagon I used on the Outer Banks beaches for 14 years. That thing would go anywhere in the sand on 185/70-13 tires. Dual range 5 speed, factory skid plate, 3 position manually adjustable rear shocks and armored exhaust. All factory, including the white spoke wheels. The front sub frame finally rusted apart.

Hey *****ass noob,
Maybe your assumption of what is sport vs nonsport was wrong? Noob.

Listed below are the Trail, then the SR5 respectfully.
The KDSS have different shocks than the non-KDSS.

Not according to the ramp travel index ;D
Let's not forget the orig TRD PRO had KDSS removed due to cost.
But ya ideally I'd like the shocks and ride height of PRO with the travel and handling of KDSS. The Fox shocks are sweet.

And this has devolved into pointless name calling over factory springs and shocks that most of us would agree could be much much better.
Besides we all know the Limited is the best. FTW.

That's a funny way of spelling KDSS.
Tell us what's really wrong dude. Did a noob show you up and now you just call everyone a noob or did you just swallow too much KDSS fluid?
