you have a trailer plug? you could find the correct pins and slow charge the battery through there. it will be a bit tricky to wire in, but would be possible.

Interesting idea... I just need the power for remote to open electric door Lock, then I can open the hood and charge the battery.

I don't think this works. Looks like trailer blush got a relayed power which only activates when vehicle is started. All pins are 0.

can you access the starter from underneath? That may be a place to hook the charger up to? Just a guess...

im not sure how these are wired. but im sure I read where someone else did exactly that, and was able to put some charge into the battery via the trailer plug.
how about the starter posts? can you get to the starter?

Pay $100 to the tow guy or lock smith to use slim jim to open it. It beats destroying your truck using creative methods.

i guess i live in Mayberry! I have definitely seen local police using slim jim to unlock cars for people.
either do it yourself, or call a tow service and pay them to do it. or move to a small town!

Easy,
Pull back drivers side fender liner. You will see the cable to pop the hood. Follow the line and look for a section of exposed cable, grab the metal cable part with a pair of pliers. If you don't care about the bushings you can just yank the whole cable+cable cover but you might bust plastic clips holding the cable and cable cover in place.

Does anyone knows how to open the hood from outside, so the battery can be recharged? Door lock cylinder is broken and 5th Gen for some reason now has only driver door lock cylinder, my 4th Gen has one on the driver door and another on the hatch door, but for some reason Toyota stop making this.

I thought my 5th gen lock cylinder was broken as well, I ended up quickly putting the key in and out while lightly turning and it eventually went and now work fine, its like it got gummed up from not being ever used. Have you tried just messing around with it a bunch to see if it goes?

You might be forced to flex a door from the top corner closest to the rear and get a long, stiff object to slip into the crack while the door is flexed to press the unlock button. Use a wedge of some sort to hold the door while it's flexed. Can't say for sure whether this will permanently flex your door or not.
That's the only way I can think to help you out. You need about 2 people to pull and hold the door (AMA will insert an inflatable device to achieve this goal) while one person inserts the rod or coat hanger or whatever to press the unlock button. Wait.. no battery, no power locks. umm, coat hanger and try to get the flipy locky thing? haha man, that's a tough spot to be in.

Interesting. My 2016 SR5 (not premium) has key lock in driver door and hatchback. Don’t recall ever using them, but gonna do it periodically after seeing this.
BTW had to use AAA a few years ago with the air bag approach to get into the wife’s 2008 Lexus ES 350 when the batt died and the fob did not have the removable key thingy on it.
