Any idea what's going on over there? 2 unanswered emails to support and I was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday before requesting a call back that never came. Currently up to 40 minutes on hold.

Is this normal? A little nuts for a business that seems to be all over these forums...
Xenon depot went down hill in service, 100's have complained in this forum alone. they appoligize saying short staffed etc but they left lots of people hanging. Try the H9 mod for 12 bucks it makes most end the search for lights. If not will hold you over till XD gets back to you. Fyi, Headlight revolution, retrofit source and Xenon are all the same company and have same issues

The garnish itself is centered left and right, but I can't help but think the adhesive stuck too fast to get it flush across the vertical axis.

Other owners who have installed this ( @TRDORP4Runner ) or already have a pro, do you guys also have a very small gap on the underside of your garnish, or is it flush? As I'm writing this I'm also wondering if I got the top part of the garnish deep enough...

Has anyone tried to remove and reapply the garnish before, or is that a no-go SOL situation?

What is a good way to tell that I installed it properly?

Thanks for your time in advance, I'd hate to think that I borked this expensive piece of plastic.
Did you ever get the install fine tuned? In the market to upgrade my 2015 Trail to a Canadian TRD Offroad. Trying to find out if you can do the TRD Pro front grille upgrade on the 2020 TRD Offroad...

edit :never mind found the heritage grille mod

Insanely stupid question. I just installed the TRD front lower valance on my 2020 ORP, but could NOT for the life of me figure out how to unplug the TSS... is there a trick to it? I managed to install the lower valance without fully removing the bumper but I know I will have to when I get the Heritage grill...

I've searched and couldn't find the answer.

There is no need to unplug the TSS when installing the Heritage Grille.

Did you ever get an OEM solution to the remote start? I just picked up my 21 TRD ORP and already miss the remote start that I had on my RX350.
