On another forum peeps with 20s are seeing the 8" displays scratched from the dealer prep. Bought my 20 Saturday and sure enough it was scratched. They swapped decks that day and when they were done it looked good but was cloudy out (only shows in sun or bright led light) anyway the 2nd one is scratched also. They said they would order another but wondered if you guys notice this? Bright lights or sun will show only at certain angles

Mine has a cluster of light vertical scratches near the middle and a couple semi-deep scratches. Only visible in direct sunlight. I thought I caused it when cleaning it a couple days after taking delivery. It took me a week or so until I noticed it. Doesn’t really bother me. But if it was caused by the dealer I might call and complain. Did they push back at all? Did you identify the problem with them before you drove off the lot after taking delivery?
From what I understand it’s likely the anti-glare coating and not the plastic beneath it. A little surface wax might help it, but I’m hesitant to apply any wax since I don’t really notice it more than 0.5% of the time I drive it.

Funny. 0 issues so far other than the anti-glare coating that I mentioned above. Such an improvement over the 2019 head units.

Same here. 11 pro. I’m going to unpair/re-pair it this afternoon to see if it fixes the issue. Otherwise it is going to the dealership. This shouldn’t be an issue in 2020.

I’ve had my 2020 TRD off-road for about 1 1/2 months haven’t had any problems with my iPhone 11 with the Bluetooth. The only thing I’ve ran into problems with are with after market parts. The after market TRD grill upper is different then the 19 I just used a spacer to fill the gap in for the screws. I had to re located the front smaller fuse box when installing the Rago fabrication ARB air compressor bracket. I’ve got kings 2.5 adjusters front and rear with no problems

I just picked up a 2020 TORP, and was wondering, will the 2019 cargo mat and the door guard fit the 2020? My assumption is that it will since nothing major changed.
Mines didnt come with them and I'd like to pick them up during BF sales. Most of the fitments dont have 2020 as an option to confirm they will fit.
Tia!!

Actually, I just started using Carplay and I'm having all sorts of issues with phone calls cutting in and out. it's unusable at this point. Seems like what I've read is that it works with older iphones but not the newer ones. I hope they come up with a fix soon.

I have heard this as well from the dealership. Also heard that you would have to replace the entire piece around the grille and not just the bar with the Toyota logo. I'd like to know if the pieces provided would fit the 2020 as well.

Are you talking about the two skus for the upper and lower grill that fit around the new sensors?
