I really like this bumper, is there any equivalent for the pre-2014 version of the 5th gen?

Have you tested out the fog lights to determine their light pattern on the ground yet? The mounting holes seem way far back and they look to be obstructed by the angled sections of the bumper.

They sit probably 3-4" further forward than the stock location, so it won't be a problem. I can post some photos when this truck is out of the lift in the next day or two!

Intriguing design - definitely a departure from a lot of the available choices and it’s sharp in its own way! I’m curious about winch area dimensions i.e., what size winch the bumper will accommodate? Also, would you mind sharing the steel thickness for the mounting plates, interior structure including the winch plate, and the exterior skin?

Thanks!

The entire bumper is fabricated with 3/16" steel. The winch plate and d-ring tabs are all tied in together and directly to the frame mounting points to be used for recovery. The bumper is compatible with most 8-10k non-integrated solenoid or removable selenoid winches. I'm running a Warn VR-8.

I love the way this turned out. Super unique. Love how you keep the grill space open.

My only thing is the angle of the fairlead. See a lot of companies putting them down at ann angle. Seems to me that it would/could put a lot of wear/strain on the rope/cable during pulls on flat ground. Those downward facing angles seems to make the most sense to pull yourself or others uphill.

Care to comment? I really don't any winch experience so I'm just going off things I've seen mentioned just curious if it's actually an issue.

Any option without the lightbar cutout?

Thank you! This angle is not an issue. A hawse fairlead, keeps the winch line running smooth and off of the bumper itself. Making that face of the bumper with some angle allows for a smaller bumper with room for a winch, and a greater approach angle.

We will not have an option without the lightbar cutout but offer a perforated filler panel to use in place of a lightbar.

Okay now that makes much more sense. Thanks!

I'll keep an eye out for the release. Getting close to front steel time.

Props for coming up with a unique design that seems to flow with the body lines. Is there enough mounting support for the lower part of the bumper/grille to keep from excessive flapping?
