I’ve test driven a rig with a 600lbs coil slightly preloaded with a spacer and a C4 bumper with winch and it drove soft but okay IMO - maybe something else to consider.
I saw that the HD springs when purchased as a standalone item note that theyse springs will increase height by .5 inches. On the B8 6112 kit it says 2.6 for non-KDSS so I am guessing that's somewhere around 3.2 or so. Maybe actually a little taller for my application.

I have the 6112 with the 650lb bilstein coils on the 4th setting with 10k winch and c4 fab winch bumper and there is more than 2" of lift. I havent driven the truck yet so i dont know if it will settle down. when i put the winch and bumper on, the front height hardly changed. I was told that the 650lb coils would not increase height, but the instructions mention additional 0.5". BUT, they dont say additional 0.5" loaded with the extra accessory weight or unloaded. Bilstein would not clarify, and this was talking with one of their mechanics.

I have 6112s with HD springs on the 6th setting (KDSS). I also have about 150lbs upfront and I'm sitting at ~3" upfront. I am actually a little higher than when I had the 600lbs springs on the 7th setting with no weight up front. Just some food for thought...

What are your hub to fender numbers?
Nothing wrong running this setup until you get your bumper setup, it will drop .3 to .5" easily when everything settles. Do you think your rear 5100 will ride ok going up another inch?

Maybe my logic is flawed, but if people run stock with 2 inch coil spacers I would think running 2 inch lift shocks with a 3 inch coil spring setup (2 inch 8con spring + 1 inch spacer) would be less detrimental to performance. If I did see an issue I think it would be at extremes of travel. If I do opt for for leaving the front alone I will add the 1 inch spacers for leveling and once I add the winch bumper up front I can remove the spacers if I don't like the rake.

I don't have my hub to fender numbers handy. I am currently out of town until Thursday. I will post them when I get back.
