I'd hate to know what the projected delivery time would be though... I reached out to them about their ladder. Took a week for them to respond, and the delivery estimate was 6 months

They were right on (actually a bit before) the estimate for me. Yeah, communication could be improved, but I could always get in touch w/ someone eventually. I delayed my install 2 times due to weather and they were always available/helpful to reschedule. I'd do it again.
