Phoenix - help installing stereo

Anybody in the east valley comfortable with the process of installing a head unit. I have my new head unit, crutchfield ready harness, metra kit, etc, but I have not taken apart the dash on the 4runner. Let me know if you've got some time and what you would like for compensation.

Thanks

I'm not sure what you have in store for you but the dash is stupid simple to take apart. You basically just pull it straight out and remove 4 10mm bolts? I have to take mine apart again here this weekend for some stuff but I'm no car audio guy

There are numerous youtube videos showing how easy it is to do.

Put in some effort, you will be smarter in the end.

Thanks - I have watched several videos and I am pretty comfortable taking the Entune unit out.

The Crutchfield ready harness 'seems' simple enough. It is the part about installing the JVC headunt into the dash and the metra kit that has me a bit confused....

how does the new radio 'mount' into the dash ?

thanks
