If anyone has a done this setup or have another rear spring idea to get the 1.6” lift in the front do you mind sharing some pictures? Thanks in advance. I’m also planning on KO2 tires but torn between 265 vs 275.
I did the 2" setting (6/4 for non-kdss), and used the Eibach 1" in the rear. Sits pretty level with 275 ko2.

That looks awesome. a couple questions for you:

1) what setting did you use for the front? 1.6" or 2"

2) which Bilstein springs did you use - 1" or 1.5"

3) are you running 265 size tires?

thanks for sharing.

your truck looks clean. i think 2" is too high for what i need. so if i did the 5/3 setting for non-kdss, then do you think ill get significant forward rake with the 1" rear springs?

Maybe a little bit of rake with that setup, if you can live with it I say go for it. You could instead do a 1/2" spacer in the rear

All good questions!....but I don't know! I'll call the shop and ask. I told them I just wanted 2.5-ish of lift and they set it up.
Tires are 255/75, just to be different

How are you guys adjusting the clips on the 6112? Are you removing the entire assembly from the vehicle? I have mine set for 2.4", but it is still not leveled with my rears with 5112 & icon 2" springs. Looking to bump the fronts a notch higher, but don't want to go through the pain of reassembling since I have KDSS

doubt you can compress the spring while mounted on the truck. Just pull them off and have a shop compress them and move the clip up. its worth the hassle for that extra lift. i'm on top setting, with KDSS and DirtKing uppers. Drives amazing.

Thought I'd add to the thread... Installed 6112s(6th circlip)/5160s with B12 1.5" springs in the rear on my 2016 Trail Edition (w/KDSS). Gained ~2.5" up front and ~1.25" in the rear. I initially installed the 1" B12 rear springs (only gave ~3/4" lift), and wanted a little more so I swapped them out for the 1.5".
