6 month lift report. I’ve put just over 4k miles on, no squeaks, drives is still very smooth. This is a DD, it has seen no serious off road use.
Just took measurements on flat ground and find no settling. Below is before measurement center hub to fender : actual lift achieved - current measurement center hub to fender … current measurement bottom of wheel to fender.

DF 19.5” : +2.25” - 21.75”… 30.625”
PF 19.875” : +2.125” - 22”… 30.875”
DR 21.75” : + 1.25” - 23”… 32”
PR 21.75” : + 1.25” - 23”… 32”

I'm on the list with my local shop for your exact setup; no clue when it will come in but I'll keep the thread updated. I've bounced around to various different lift ideas but a small lift via 6112/5160's seems to be the most viable for me.

Also checkout KMC's Bully OL or Impact OL (Made in USA). Have the same tech as Method Trail Series for keeping bead on at low pressure.

Go with 285/70R17's; lots of tire brand/tread choices (Kenda AT2's are awesome and have 50K mi warranty), minimal to no trimming required (for 0mm offset, more if you go wider or spacers).

Hi I was just wondering if you actually finished this build. I already got my 5100s for the front and I set them to the .85. Really close to level but I'm looking to go a little higher in the front in rear. Do you know if 5100 in the front (1.75 setting) and b12 1.5" in the rear is close to level or is there still a rake?

Front Bilstein 6112(650lb springs) - set at 6th clip on both sides
Rear - 5160 & B12 springs(36-281824)

Hub to fender measurements
DF - 24
PF - 25
DR - 23.75
PR - 24.25

I am planning to adjust clip settings to #5 on driver and #3 on front and decrease the front lift height by an inch. I will post the measurements after adjustment.

Rago hidden winch mount
Warn winch
RCI full skid plate setup
Victory 4x4 roof rack

I got around 24” (hub to fender) in rear with the bilstein B12-36281824 and one ome trim spacer on drivers rear. This is with a full tank and sliders. It’s nice to see others getting the same amount of lift as advertised.
