Correct, 1.25” with B12’s in the rear. I will report back after a few weeks should things settle further after more time and miles.
Installed 17x7” TRD wheels with stock 265 sized Falken WP AT3 in SL. These tires compliment the Bilstein ride. Very happy with the result so far.

I personally replaced the springs because the 600lb is too soft with the 6112 for any serious desert use.

So that is the correct way of putting it, which I did not know until yesterday.
The spring is NOT 600lb. The spring is much softer than that while the valving is stronger. This explains the puzzling behavior in extreme for suspensions terrain (where the front felt many times it would bottom out but did not at the last moment as the shock prevented it).
It also better explains why offroad comfort is superb on the standard springs.
(no complaints on 650lb, it is good but it is not plush)

Looks great, thanks for sharing! So your total lift in front was 2.0-2.5'' and rear was ~1.25''? Looks like there is still about 1'' of rake. Did it align alright without UCA?

Glad to help. Yes, Bilstein 2” setting of 6/4 compensated for drivers side lean perfectly. Lifted 2” on passenger side and brought drivers side up 2.375” to level.
Stock UCA’s- My alignment tech got caster to 2.9 on both sides. All is within spec and drives great.

6112 with 5150 rear and original rear springs
Looking for input from the thread... recently upgraded my suspension from factory stock to: Bilstein 6112's at 1.2" (4/2) setting in front and Bilstein 5160 in the rear but left the factory stock springs untouched. Both front and back level at 21.5" center of wheel to fender, but it seems that the truck tends to have a reverse rake at times, especially when 100 to 200lbs are added, or the truck sits on an incline. I'm considering upgrading the rear springs to Bilstein B12's to get an extra 3/4" to 1" in the rear, for just a slight forward rake and I figure the B12's are better able to support the occasional 100-200lbs vs factory springs, when adding weight without having a reverse rake.
Anyone have any similar experience and how did you correct any reverse rake?
Thanks!

** 2 days and a few miles of settling in, I’m very pleased with the result. Front lean leveled perfectly and ended up 2” up front and 1.125” in the rear. Below are specs and parts used:
Front- Bilstein 6112 set at circle clip 6/4 for 2” on non-KDSS
Rear- Bilstein 5100 and Bilstein 1” coils
Measurements, taken from base of rim to wheel well, full tank.
Before:
DF- 28.625”
PF- 29”
DR- 30.875”
PR- 31”
After:
DF- 31” (+ 2.375”)
PF- 31” (+2”)
DR- 32.125” (+1.25”)
PR- 32.125” (+1.125”)

Looks great! what was the rough cost for this, since you saved a good amount by not getting the KDSS?

Sounds like you potentially got more than 1.2”. Recommend that you measure ground to frame behind front tires and in front of rears. I also suggest bottom of wheel to fender (as finding center of hub can be difficult to get an accurate reading).
Those measurements will help you find true rake under different loads. From there, you can consider rear spring and/or different setting up front.

6112- $750
5100- $200
B12- $200
I ended up buying from 3 different companies to avoid lengthy back order wait times.
I had Ironman lift with UCA on my 2020. It was good, but this Bilstein setup is a much more accurate result and I like the ride better for a DD.

Where did you get the 6112s from? I've been waiting for mine since November.

I had the same thing happen- cancelled that order. Called around and found them in stock at Caliraised Off-road. Purchased over phone and shipped same day. Great experience, will buy from them again.

Has anyone ran the heavy duty 6112s without added weight? I plan on doing front bumper/winch soon just thought I'd ask if it would be too stiff without the weight. Thanks for any input.

I'm in the same boat. I got 6112s with 650lbs springs and I'm still waiting for full skid, slider, slim front bumper. It's going to take a while. Curious to know how is the ride quality without extra weight....

The 600 lb coils ride smooth, almost factory ride without as much diving around corners and while braking. Many kits from King, Icon, Ironman, etc come paired with heavier 650 lb coils. I would think the ride will be a touch more firm but very drivable and less squatting under weight. I wouldn’t change it now, but would happily change out mine to 650’s with no weight, FWIW.
